To create a new thread, click on the New Thread button just under the forum header.

The first page asks you for a topic and the forum you would like your question posted in.

The next page asks for Author, Email, Subject and then the text of the message. Once you have entered your name and email address, any additional postings you make will default to those values.

There is a textbox area for you to enter your question.

You also have the option of attaching a file to your posting by clicking the Attachments button at the bottom of the page. This will allow you to browse for a file on your system and attach it to your posting.

There are two check boxes on this screen; "I want to use fixed-width font to display this message" and "Notify me by e-mail about all messages posted in this thread".

Do not select the fixed-width font as your posting will not wrap properly and will be difficult to read. If you would like to be notified by email when someone posts a reply to your thread, select the "Notify me by email." checkbox. Keep in mind that once you have done so you will receive an email notification for all postings in this thread.

Once you have completed everything on this page you can either preview it by clicking the Preview button or Post it by clicking the Post button.
